Guidelines

Dukkan works because buyers can trust what they see. These rules keep it that way — shops that break them can be suspended or removed.

For shops

• List only products you actually stock and can deliver or hand over.
• Use real photos of the actual items you sell — not images taken from the internet.
• The price on Dukkan must be the price you charge. No surprises on WhatsApp.
• Keep your catalog up to date — mark items as unavailable when they run out.
• Reply to orders promptly. Buyers who get no answer stop ordering.
• Be clear about delivery: where you deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Not allowed

• Pork, alcohol, shisha (hookah), and cigarettes or tobacco of any kind.
• Counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Weapons, drugs, prescription medicine, and anything illegal to sell in Lebanon.
• Misleading listings — wrong photos, fake prices, or products you don't have.
• Adult content.

For buyers

• Confirm the final price, delivery fee, and timing with the shop on WhatsApp before agreeing.
• Check the product on delivery, before paying.
• If a shop misbehaves, tell us — we review every report.
